Fall Member Pulse Survey

Members may soon be receiving an invitation to participate in our Fall Member Pulse Survey. The survey will be open to a portion of our membership from October 29 – November 9. If you receive an email invitation to participate, we hope you'll take a few minutes to share your thoughts and experiences with us!

Your feedback plays an important role in helping us understand what matters most to our members and where we can improve. Based on feedback from our Spring survey, we have already initiated several enhancements, including strengthened security features such as multi-factor authentication. This initiative was directly influenced by member input and is part of our ongoing commitment to improving your banking experience.

As a thank-you for participating, eligible members who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a draw for $500 cash.*
