Action Required for iOS Users – Enable Auto App Updates Before December 3
We’re upgrading our digital banking experience on December 3! This update brings exciting new features and improvements to our mobile app.
Important: This applies ONLY to iOS users
If you use an iPhone or iPad, please enable automatic app updates before December 3. If automatic updates are off, you may not get the latest version and could experience issues accessing the app after the upgrade.
(Android users can either enable automatic app updates or update the app manually when prompted within the app.)
How to Enable Auto-Update on iOS:
1. Open Settings on your device.
2. Scroll down to Apps.
3. Scroll down or use the search bar to find App Store, then tap it to open.
4. Under Automatic Downloads, toggle App Updates ON.
Troubleshooting Tips:
• If the app doesn’t update automatically when available, open the App Store, search for the TCU Financial Group app, and tap Update.
• Restart your device if you experience login issues after updating.
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection during the update.
