Listening to our members is important to understand what matters most in your financial services experience and where we can improve. In April, we will be conducting two surveys, and we welcome all members to participate.

TCU Financial Group Member Survey
Survey Open: April 14 – April 30, 2026

An invitation to participate in the Spring Member Survey will be arriving in members’ email inboxes soon. The email will come from TCU Financial Group, however, the survey will be fully conducted by an independent third party and will cover a wide range of questions that across financial services experiences and satisfaction.

As a thank-you for completing this survey by April 30, 2026, participants will have the option to enter into a draw to win a registered investment valued at $1,500.*

TCU Wealth Management Aviso Member Survey
Survey Open: April 20 – May 1, 2026

Aviso Wealth, in conjunction with and approval of TCU Wealth Management, will be conducting a survey of the credit union’s wealth management members.

The survey’s purpose is to better understand how members feel about their overall wealth management relationship and how we can build stronger solutions and interaction experiences. It will include responses from across the network of participating credit unions.

The survey will be administered by the Aviso Wealth Research Team. The survey invitation email will be coming from their organization, specifically from the email avisowealth@qualtrics-research.com. Survey invitations will be sent to members on April 20 and the survey will close on May 1.
