
Setting Up New Mastercard Payee
Are you looking to set up your new Mastercard as a Payee through online banking? Below are instructions to help you our for both the desktop website and the mobile app.
Important Note: US Dollar Mastercards cannot be paid through online banking. Please contact our MemberLine Department for assistance when making this payment.
Desktop Website Instructions
3. A new menu will appear below “Payments.” Click “Add/Delete Payees.”
4. A new screen will appear which lists all current Payees. Below the heading “Delete Payee”, click on “Add Payee.”
5. A screen will appear titled “Add Payee – Step 1.” Enter the word “collabria” in the search box and click Search.
6. Click on “Collabria Mastercard.”
7. Enter the 16 digit account number from your statement in the “Account Number" box.
8. You should now see a screen confirming that adding your new payee is complete.
Mobile App Instructions
1. Log into the mobile app.
2. Click on “Pay Bills.”

3. Now click on “Manage Payees” below the heading “Pay Bills.”

4. A new screen should appear. Click on “Add Payee” below the heading “Manage Payees.”

5. A search box should appear. Type “collabria” in this box.

6. In the search results, click on “Collabria Mastercard.”

7. Enter the 16 digit account number from your statement in the “Account #" box.

8. A screen will appear to confirm your information. If the information is correct, click “Confirm.” If not, click “Cancel” or the back arrow to enter the correct information.

9. You should now see a screen confirming that adding your new payee is complete.
