Becoming A Member

Becoming a TCU Financial Group Business Member has never been easier. It is as simple as contacting our MemberLine Department to set up an appointment that works for your schedule. We ask that you bring in the following information to your appointment:

Sole Proprietor:

  • Two pieces of ID required (other than SIN)
  • SIN
  • If owner uses PO Box, legal address is required
  • Business name registration for the Province of Saskatchewan (if applicable)

Partnership:

  • Two pieces of ID (other than SIN) required for all signors
  • SIN
  • If owners use PO Box, legal address is required
  • Business name registration for the Province of Saskatchewan (if applicable)
  • Proof of Partnership/Partnership Agreement (if available) 

Corporation/Non-Profit Corporation:

  • Two pieces of ID required for all signors
  • Names and addresses of controlling shareholders
  • If PO Box is used, need legal address
  • Names of directors and officers of the corporation
  • Corporate Registry Profile Search
  • Business name registration for the Province of Saskatchewan (if applicable)

Unincorporated Organization/Associations:

  • Articles of Association (if applicable)
  • Proof of existence of Entity
  • Two pieces of ID is required for all signors
  • If owners uses PO Box, legal address is required
