Membership
We welcome people from all walks of life as members.
Deposits Guaranteed
All deposits, plus interest, in the TCU Financial Group carry an unlimited guarantee
backed by the Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation.
Money Orders
Available in both Canadian and U.S. funds.
Drafts
Available in U.S. and other foreign currencies.
American Express Traveller's Cheques
Readily available in Canadian & U.S. dollars, Euro, and Great
Britain Pounds (not available at the Ludlow Branch). Other currencies
upon request.
Safety Deposit Boxes
Various sizes available.
Utility Bills
Utility and credit card accounts may be paid using the following facilities:

TCU Internet Banking
Available through all branches. Nominal service charge will apply.
Night Depository
Available at all branches. May be used for envelopes or night depository wallets.
Commissioner For Oaths Or Notary Public
There is at least one Commissioner for Oaths or Notary Public located at each office.
Financial Counselling
We will help you make the most of your financial future. Professional personnel are
available to assist and advise you on complex financial matters.
Income Tax Preparation
Personal income tax returns will be prepared in confidence by qualified staff and
electronically filed with Revenue Canada.
Student Plus Package
A package of services designed to meet the needs of full time students 19 - 25 years of
age. Normal costs associated with operating an account, excluding Interac® and Cirrus®
ATM transactions, are waived.
MasterPlan®
Obtain a group of services for one monthly fee.
Heritage 60
Members over age 60 are entitled to special benefits. For more information contact your
nearest branch office.
